Waterbath Temperature Control System with Fuzzy Logic

Unstable temperature or being outside the control of a sample will cause change in quality itself. The purpose this study was to create system on waterbath with fuzzy logic using 7 labels. Used DS18B20 sensor as sensor, processor form an UNO arduino, thermostat part safety control, and displayed 16x4 LCD. Temperature selection between 30°C-60C. Design research pre-experimental methods one type group post-testing design research, by comparing modules comparison tools digital thermometers. results manufacture were conducted compared measurements room thermometer. Obtained highest Error value 0.91% at 35 °C lowest error 0.049% 60 °C. While based setting obtained 30°C 1.38% 0.05%. average time required reach shortest range is 27°C-30°C for 193 seconds, longest 27°C-60°C 2257 seconds. showed that method better conventional methods. can be implemented get more stable maintaining temperature.
